Loved the coffee maker in the room and how close the hotel is to the subway line – perfect for getting around easily. Plus, the diner across the street had some tasty sandwiches, a great bonus! Appreciated the cozy lobby with the fireplace and the option to relax in the courtyard. Only griped was the slightly dated decor in some areas, but it didn't bother me much. 🌆

The hotel and room were both super clean, and the cheap parking nearby was mind-blowing. The subway station right on the corner was très convenient! The 6th floor room the first time was comfortable, silent, and private. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the nearby Walgreens and pizza place were jaw-droppingly convenient. Can't wait to stay there again!

It offered us marvellous and decent location next to great restaurants, close to transportation and the red line subway at 96th St. Btw, we relaxed by the lake, it was 5 mins walk from the hotel.

However, the location was the saving grace. Despite the issues, the front desk staff was friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable. The fitness center was small but available, and the neighborhood offered easy access to landmarks like Central Park and the Metropolitan Museum of Art, perfect for family bonding.

The room was neat and heated. Having a writing desk, blackout curtains, and a closet space was a nice surprise.- I really enjoyed the wine bar.

The hotel is clean and the staff were very pleasant and consistently courteous. The room had a comfortable king size bed. Its central location is just a 10-minute walk to the subway.

Great value and extremely comfy place. Attentive staff.- Excellent setting, short walk to a tube station, uptown and downtown, subway, and buses.- On an express train can get you into the heart of the city in around 2 stops.
